Coaching, for me, is an intentional choice shaped by an international career in companies such as Hewlett-Packard, KPMG, Arthur D. Little.

What drives me is working with the people behind the results — helping them gain clarity, overcome internal barriers, and unlock their full potential.

I hold a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and bring over 15 years of experience coaching executives and professionals in high-performance environments.

I work with leaders and talents at key moments of transition, growth, and repositioning, focusing on what matters most: clear thinking, confident decision-making, and authentic leadership — starting with themselves.

My approach is direct, reflective, and impact-oriented.

Transformational Coach. ICF PCC accredited and MCC certified (CMA - Coach Masters Academy).

I'm a leadership and career coach for ambitious women in tech. I spent 15 years in go-to-market leadership across the US and Europe before becoming a coach. The role I'm probably best known for is General Manager at ClassPass France and Southern Europe, where I launched and scaled multiple markets from scratch and grew Paris into a Top 5 global market. Before ClassPass, I led international business development at JobTeaser, and most recently I headed new venture development at Smartbox Group.

I loved that career for a long time. Until something quietly started feeling off.

That moment became the doorway to the work I do now. I coach senior women in tech who have built impressive careers and are asking a question they can't quite name yet: is this still me? It's not burnout. It's not a crisis. It's something quieter and more specific, and in my experience it's one of the loneliest moments in a high-achieving woman's career.

My approach combines strategic career thinking with embodied leadership and inner authority. The goal isn't to hand someone a plan. It's to help them get clear on who they are becoming so their next move actually fits.

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe, and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from New Ventures West. I coach in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
