Doors open sharp at 18:00. Guests get their red carpet photo taken before joining the caviar and cocktails aperitivo courtesy of Campari Group and Adamas Luxury Italian Caviar — the perfect time to meet guests and catch up with fellow alumni.
20:00 – 22:30
At 20:00 the dining hall opens and guests find their assigned table. Seating is arranged by the organizers based on guests' requests and on alma mater, declared interests and industry. Dinner includes brief presentations, culminating with the annual charity raffle.

22:30 – 01:00
By 22:30 the raffle prizes are handed out and the organizers cede the stage to the live band and the dancefloor to the guests. Classic cocktails and selected whisky syndicates from Lloyd's Liquid Sunshines are available at the open bar.
The Milan Joint Business School Ball was launched to bring together the alumni of the world's leading business schools in Milan for an evening of fine dining, dancing and informal networking.
Since its debut on 11th November 2017 at Hotel Palazzo Parigi, the MJBSB has evolved over 5 editions and become the leading "big ticket" event among the Milanese and European alumni community.
